Professor Joseph Cannataci, the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy will be keynote speaker at the Surveillance & Democracy: Privacy Rights in the Digital Age Symposium organized by the Irish Council for Civil Liberties on behalf of the International Network of Civil Liberties Organisations alongside Ben Wizner (American Civil Liberties Union), lawyer for Edward Snowden.
